What this demonstration stores, and why.
This page is honest starter copy for a portfolio demonstration. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What you submit
Forms collect your name, email, an optional phone number and your message, along with the time you gave consent. They are used only to answer that request.
Who can see it
A request about a listing is visible to the agent responsible for it, that agency's administrators and the platform owner. It is never published and never appears in the public demo.
Analytics
Property pages count views as a simple daily total. No IP address or visitor identity is stored with that count.
This browser
Saved homes and your comparison list are kept in this browser's local storage. Signing in stores saved homes against your account. Signing in also sets one essential session cookie.
