Ruvana is an illustrative portfolio concept: a property discovery site joined to the operations console an agency would run it from.
Concept project, not a brokerage
Why it exists
Property searches often run on screenshots and scattered messages. Ruvana imagines something quieter: fewer listings, each read properly, and one clear path from a question to a confirmed viewing.
It was designed and built by Pujayana to show that thinking end to end, from the first search to the agent's calendar. Everything you see here runs on a real database, and all the data in it is invented.

Land area, building area and price are always stated plainly, and only where they apply.

A tenure description is not a verified fact, and charts describe this site's own activity, not the market.
